Semi-Final's

Each season the league's most consistent players come together to play off in the 888PL Semi Finals, held in your state. This is an opportunity to put your skills to the test and win some serious cash as well as gain the coveted entry ticket to the bi-annual 888Poker League Grand Final!

Each state's Semi Final has different qualification methods and prize pools so see below for your state's information.

Victoria

Prizes:
Each season the VIC Semi Final is worth $30,000 in cash and prizes. There are Grand Final packages to be won as part of the prize pool. Information on the actual breakdown of all the prizes is contained in the news story leading up to each Semi Final event.

Qualification:
Finish on the top 5 on the scoreboard at the end of the season from each event held (Home and Away) or the top 50 on the state scoreboard to win a seat into the VIC Semi Finals.
Some venues may have two events running, Monday and Wednesday for example. In this instance both the top 5 from Monday night and the top 5 from Wednesday night will qualify into the Semi Final.

South Australia

Prizes:
Each season the SA Semi Final is worth $30,000 in cash and prizes. There are Grand Final packages to be won as part of the prize pool. Information on the actual breakdown of all the prizes is contained in the news story leading up to each Semi Final event.

Qualification:
Finish on the top 5 on the scoreboard at the end of the season from each event held (Home and Away) or the top 50 on the state scoreboard to win a seat into the SA Semi Finals.
Some venues may have two events running, Monday and Wednesday for example. In this instance both the top 5 from Monday night and the top 5 from Wednesday night will qualify into the Semi Final.

Tasmania

Prizes:
Each season the TAS  Semi Final is worth $8,000 in cash and prizes. There are Grand Final packages to be won as part of the prize pool. Information on the actual breakdown of all the prizes is contained in the news story leading up to each Semi Final event.

Qualification:
Finish on the top 10 on the scoreboard at the end of the season from each event held (Home and Away) or the top 25 on the state scoreboard to win a seat into the TAS Semi Finals.
Some venues may have two events running, Monday and Wednesday for example. In this instance both the top 5 from Monday night and the top 5 from Wednesday night will qualify into the Semi Final.
