New to Online Poker

Well moving to online poker is not a whole lot different. In fact things like friendly table banter still occur; it's just that you have to type it.

Join our Poker Tables

In the 888 Poker Lobby you will see a scrollable list of ring game tables, along with relevant information and statistics for each table.

Click on the tabs to choose whether you want to play (1) for real money or for practice, (2) what kind of poker you want to play (Holdem, Omaha, Stud), (3) what kind of table/tournament you want to play at (ring game, sit & go, multi-table, jackpot) and (4) if you want to use the Quick seat Wizard to quickly join the best available table for you.

You can sort the list according to your preferences by clicking on any column header (stakes, limit, players,  average pot, hands per hour, etc).
You can also filter the list according to stakes, limit, size and availability using the dropdown menus.

Click once on any table to see a preview of who's playing at every table in the Table Information box to the right, including how much money they have and whether anybody else is waiting to join that table. Click on Join Table or Waiting List to get in on the action.

You can also double click on any table in the main list to sit in. If a table is full, you will be prompted to join that table's Waiting List, until a seat becomes available.

You can buy in to a ring game with the maximum amount of chips, or specify a different amount in the window that pops up.

Mark the Automatically get more chips checkbox to automatically buy in again with a new stack of chips if you happen to go bust at the tables. Just select the amount you want to buy in with automatically, and click OK.

Join a Sit & Go or Tournaments
 
In the 888 Tournament Lobby you will see a scrollable list of ring game tables, along with relevant information and statistics for each table / tournament.
Click on the tabs to choose whether you want to play (1) for real money or for practice, (2) what kind of poker you want to play (Holdem, Omaha, Stud), (3) what kind of table/tournament you want to play at (ring game, sit & go, multi-table, jackpot) or use the Quick Seat Wizard to quickly join a Sit & Go tournament.

Choose either the Sit & Go tab or the Tournament tab. Double click on any tournament to enter the tournament lobby.

You can sort the list of tournaments according to your preferences by clicking on any column header (buy-in, limit, number of players already enrolled, date the tournament is set to begin etc.).
You can also filter the list according to stakes, limit, size and status using the dropdown menus.

Click once on any tournament to see a preview of who's signed up in the Table Information box to the right, including how much money they have.

 
You will receive another message telling you which table you will be seated at.

How to deposit

In order to deposit, you must first be a registered member.

To learn what payment methods are accepted at 888 please click on Accepted Payment Methods.

If you are already a member, please follow the instructions below to deposit to your account:
1. Open the main lobby.
2. Log in by entering your username and password.
3. Click on the Cashier button in the upper right corner.
4. Click on Deposit.
5. You will be presented with several payment methods to deposit by.
6. If you do not see your preferred payment method, click on More Deposit Methods; you will be presented with a menu of all of the payment methods accepted from your country of residence.
7. Click on your preferred payment method and follow the on screen instructions (or click Learn How or Learn More for step-by-step instructions on depositing by this payment method).
